Web Meetings allow us to share our desktop computers
If you have been invited to join a web meeting by a member of our staff, you can do so by clicking the button below.
Please note, you can only attend a meeting by invitation. You have not been invited to a web meeting and you would like to arrange a demo or support session, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

After you click the button, enter your name in the form and confirm you wish to run the software to attend the web meeting.
More about web meetings
We use a 3rd party web meeting service called Mikogo because it is easy to use and does not need to install software on your computer. Once you click the link and enter the name on the form, click the Join Session button. This will download and run the software needed to desktop share with us.
During the download you may be asked to confirm you wish to download the run the software, please say yes when prompted.
If you have a firewall, it may prompt you to confirm Internet access for the Mikogo "Beam my Screen" software. Please say yes when prompted.
This software is safe to use and no one can see your desktop at any time other than when you request to join a web meeting. In fact once you close the software it is no longer on your computer. If you have any concerns about desktop sharing contact us and we will be happy to help.
